You may exercise your privacy rights twice in a calendar year. In order for us to act upon your request, we will need to verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty. We may therefore ask you to provide three points of Personal Data which you have previously provided to us that we can use to match against our records to verify your identity. We may also require you to submit a signed declaration under penalty of perjury stating you are the individual whose Personal Data is subject to the request. We may not be able to respond your request if you decline to provide the verifying details or if any of the details are incorrect.
